First, promote the integration of domestic and foreign trade rules and systems
We will strengthen the compilation of foreign standard versions in key areas such as bulk trade commodities, foreign contract projects, smart connected vehicles, e-commerce, payment and settlement, and step up publicity and promotion efforts to help enterprises reduce the institutional costs of market transformation. We will improve the information platform on national standards for Belt and Road cooperation.
Second, promote the connection of domestic and foreign market channels
We will make good use of exhibitions such as the China International Import Expo, the China Import and Export Fair, and the China International Fair for Trade in Services, foster a number of exhibitions integrating domestic and foreign trade, and promote the supply and procurement of domestic and international markets. Cultivate a number of domestic and foreign trade integrated commodity trading markets, improve the domestic and international marketing network, strengthen production services, logistics distribution, brand cultivation and other functions, and promote the integration of domestic and international markets
Third, improve the environment for the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade
Strengthen protection of intellectual property rights. We will strengthen the protection of trademark rights and patent rights of foreign trade enterprises, and carry out special actions to combat infringement and counterfeiting, focusing on clothing, shoes and hats, household furnishings and household appliances. Implement the responsibility of e-commerce platforms to review the qualifications and commodities of network operators, improve the system for handling complaints and reports, and promptly correct and stop online infringements.
Fourth, accelerate the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade in key areas
We will foster a group of leading enterprises with international competitiveness, both domestic and foreign trade, strengthen the ability to integrate and allocate global resources, and support core enterprises in the supply chain to drive upstream and downstream enterprises to jointly explore domestic and international markets. We will build a high-quality development base for international agricultural trade, and foster and strengthen agricultural enterprises that integrate domestic and foreign trade. We will support Taiwan-funded enterprises in expanding into the mainland market, and support Hong Kong and Macao enterprises in expanding into the mainland market.

Strengthen coordination between export credit insurance and domestic trade credit insurance, increase comprehensive support for domestic and foreign trade integrated credit insurance in accordance with market-oriented principles, and optimize underwriting and claim settlement conditions
